Product Care Guide & Policy

Our products are crafted using carefully selected, high-quality materials designed to balance durability, comfort, and timeless aesthetics. Proper care is essential to preserve the appearance, performance, and longevity of each item. Please read the following care guidelines thoroughly, as improper handling or exposure may affect the product over time.

PVD Gold-Plated Jewelry & Watches

PVD stands for Physical Vapor Deposition, an advanced coating technology used to apply a thin yet highly durable gold-colored layer onto metal surfaces in a controlled vacuum environment. Compared to traditional gold plating, PVD offers superior resistance to fading, corrosion, and wear. However, despite its enhanced durability, PVD plating remains a surface treatment and requires proper care to maintain its finish.

To preserve PVD gold-plated jewelry and watches, direct contact with perfumes, cosmetics, lotions, sanitizers, hairsprays, and household chemicals should be avoided. Jewelry and watches should be removed before showering, swimming in pools or seawater, exercising, or engaging in heavy physical activities. Prolonged exposure to water, sweat, humidity, or friction may reduce the lifespan of the coating. Cleaning should be done only with a soft, dry microfiber cloth, as polishing pastes, abrasive cloths, or chemical cleaners may damage the surface. Items should be stored separately in a dry pouch or box to prevent scratches caused by contact with other objects.

PVD plating does not peel or flake under normal use. Any fading or color change that occurs over time is typically the result of prolonged exposure to chemicals, moisture, sweat, or improper care rather than a manufacturing defect.

925 Sterling Silver Jewelry

925 sterling silver is composed of 92.5% pure silver combined with other metals to enhance strength and durability. This composition is the international standard for high-quality silver jewelry. Sterling silver may naturally oxidize or tarnish when exposed to air, moisture, or individual skin chemistry. This process is completely normal and reversible and does not indicate a defect or low quality.

To maintain the appearance of sterling silver jewelry, it should be cleaned periodically using a silver polishing cloth. Contact with water, sweat, perfumes, lotions, and chemicals should be minimized, and jewelry should be removed before bathing, swimming, or sleeping. When not in use, sterling silver should be stored in an airtight bag or container to slow oxidation. Regular wear can also help reduce tarnishing by limiting prolonged exposure to air.

Watches – General Care

Watches are designed for daily use; however, correct handling is essential to ensure long-term functionality. Water resistance applies only to the level specified for each model. Watches that are not water-resistant must never be exposed to water. Even water-resistant watches should not be exposed to steam, hot water, or chemicals, as these can compromise seals. The crown must always be fully pushed in or screwed down before any contact with moisture.

Exposure to extreme temperatures, strong magnetic fields, or chemicals should be avoided. Watches should be cleaned with a soft, dry cloth, and impacts or drops against hard surfaces should be prevented. Leather straps, when applicable, must not be exposed to water or excessive moisture, as this may cause damage or deformation.

Handmade Genuine Leather Wallets

Our wallets are handcrafted from genuine natural leather, a material known for its durability and ability to develop character over time. Leather naturally ages and forms a patina, which enhances its appearance and makes each piece unique. Variations in color, grain, and texture are inherent characteristics of genuine leather and should not be considered defects.

To care for leather wallets, exposure to water, oils, perfumes, alcohol, and chemical cleaners should be avoided. Wallets should not be overfilled, as this may distort their shape and strain stitching. Cleaning should be performed gently using a dry or slightly damp soft cloth only, without the use of detergents or chemical products. When not in use, wallets should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or heat sources. If leather becomes wet, it should be allowed to air-dry naturally without applying heat.

Storage & Handling

All products should be stored in a cool, dry environment. Jewelry pieces should be kept separately to prevent scratching or tangling, ideally in soft pouches or protective boxes. Proper storage significantly contributes to preserving the original condition of each item.

Disclaimer

Damage resulting from water exposure, chemicals, sweat, impact, misuse, improper storage, or failure to follow the care instructions outlined above is not considered a manufacturing defect and is not covered by warranty, return, or exchange policies. Normal wear, surface scratches, oxidation of silver, changes in PVD coating appearance, and the natural aging and patina of leather are expected characteristics of the materials and occur over time with use.
